Licensing Pathway Support

Gulf Countries (DHA / HAAD / Saudi Prometric / QCHP)

Gulf licensing typically requires: DataFlow verification of credentials, the relevant licensing authority exam or equivalency assessment, a job offer from a licensed healthcare employer, and visa/work permit processing. JAI HR guides candidates through each step and connects them with employers who have open licenced roles.

United Kingdom (NMC Registration)

Indian nurses applying for UK NMC registration complete: English proficiency (IELTS Academic 7.0 overall / OET Grade B), an online Computer-Based Test (CBT) of nursing knowledge, the OSCE (Objective Structured Clinical Examination) at an NMC-approved test centre in the UK, then full registration. JAI HR coordinates pre-arrival preparation and connects candidates with NHS Trusts and private hospital groups offering sponsorship.

Germany (Approbation + B2 German)

Germany requires: B2-level German language certification (Goethe or TELC), qualification recognition via the relevant state authority (Approbation for full recognition or Berufserlaubnis for partial), and a hospital or care facility sponsor. JAI HR partners with B2 language training institutes in India and supports the document preparation for state-level recognition applications.

Australia (AHPRA)

Indian nurses require NCLEX-RN (if not already completed) or direct AHPRA skills assessment, English proficiency (IELTS 7.0 or OET Grade B), skills assessment by ANMAC, and state nursing board registration. JAI HR assists with ANMAC application coordination and employer introductions in Australian hospital networks.

No placement fees are charged to candidates. JAI HR's healthcare recruitment is fully funded by the employing hospital or healthcare group.

Submit your CV, qualifications, and licence details. JAI HR creates a candidate profile and matches you to open roles by specialty, licensing status, and preferred destination.

  2. Eligibility Assessment

JAI HR checks your documents against the destination country's licensing authority requirements. You receive a clear eligibility verdict and gap analysis within 5 working days.

  3. Employer Match & Interview

JAI HR presents your profile to matched employers. For selected candidates, interviews are arranged — typically video call for international placements. Salary and terms are negotiated by JAI HR on your behalf.

  4. Licensing & Documentation

On job offer acceptance, JAI HR coordinates DataFlow credential verification, licensing exam registration, attestation of documents, and visa paperwork. Timelines are set based on destination requirements.

  5. Pre-Departure Orientation

Before travel, JAI HR conducts a pre-departure orientation covering workplace culture, housing, banking, and rights as an overseas worker under Indian labour law and the destination country's employment framework.

  6. Deployment & Post-Placement Support

JAI HR remains the point of contact post-deployment for the first 90 days — supporting any documentation issues, embassy requirements, or employer relationship matters.
