Mrs. Nirmala James established JAI HR from a 100-square-foot office near Mumbai's Andheri East, beginning with domestic placement services for Mumbai's growing industrial and commercial sector.
JAI HR secured its first Gulf recruitment mandates, placing Indian engineers and skilled workers in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain — establishing the international division that now drives the majority of placements.
Recognising growing demand for Indian nurses in Europe and the Gulf, JAI HR launched its dedicated healthcare recruitment vertical, building partnerships with hospitals and healthcare groups across 15+ countries.
Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, granted JAI HR its official overseas recruitment licence (B-2016/MUM/PART/100/5/10542/2024), authorising legal recruitment for ECR-category countries including Gulf states.
