About the Role
Responsible for the development, optimization, application, and technical support of metal additive manufacturing processes, with a primary focus on Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF/SLM) and metal powder development for Jewellery application. The role covers ultrasonic atomization, powder characterization and qualification, LPBF process development, build strategy optimization, component design feasibility, DfAM, metallurgical characterization, defect analysis, application development, R&D and new material development.
Requirements
- Relevant industry experience in Metal Additive Manufacturing, Application Engineering, Powder Metallurgy, Materials Engineering, Process Development, R&D, or related technical domains. Hands-on experience in both metal powder development/processing and LPBF/SLM process development would be highly preferred.
