About the Role

Seeking an experienced SAP Field Service Management (FSM) Consultant (L3) for enterprise SAP implementation and field service projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
• 6–8 years of SAP consulting experience
• 2–3 years of hands-on SAP Field Service Management (FSM) experience
• Experience in at least two end-to-end SAP FSM implementation projects
• Expertise in Service Call Management
• Planning and Dispatching
• Mobile Field Service
• Smartforms
• Activity Management
• Time and Expense Management
• Experience integrating SAP FSM with SAP S/4HANA, SAP PM, SAP CS/EAM, SAP BTP, and SAP Integration Suite/CPI
• Strong knowledge of work order management
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance
• Knowledge of equipment management
• Knowledge of warranties
• Knowledge of spare parts management
• Knowledge of service operations
• Experience in Power Generation Equipment, Utilities, Heavy Engineering, Industrial Equipment, or Manufacturing is preferred
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work onsite in Dubai, UAE or Dammam, KSA
• SAP CS or SAP S/4HANA Service Certification is preferred
• Experience with Fit-to-Standard workshops, fit-gap analysis, testing, UAT, user training, and solution documentation
• Experience supporting data migration, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and post-go-live production support
• Knowledge of SAP Best Practices and Clean Core principles
