About the Role

Seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager for hospitality and facilities operations in Kuwait.

Requirements

• Relevant maintenance-management experience in multi-site facilities, food service, hospitality, retail, industrial or comparable operational environments
• Strong practical knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration and commercial kitchen equipment
• Sound understanding of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, gas and utility systems
• Demonstrated experience managing technicians, contractors, preventive maintenance programmes, urgent repairs, quotations and maintenance costs
• Firm, decisive and highly organized leader with the ability to take ownership, set expectations and follow through
• Ability to read quotations, evaluate work scope, manage deadlines and maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
• Arabic and English communication skills preferred
• Valid driving licence and flexibility to travel between company locations preferred
