About the Role
Hands-on IT and branch systems support across head office, call center and restaurant branches.
Requirements
- 2-5 years practical IT support experience; mandatory hands-on Ubiquiti/UniFi experience; support for UniFi Dream Machine, access points, switches, cameras and UniFi Controller/OS; LAN/WAN, IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi and basic firewall knowledge; printer, POS, CCTV, IP phone and restaurant peripheral support; remote troubleshooting; vendor coordination; branch visits and on-call availability.
