About the Role
Seeking an experienced AGM - Engineering for pharmaceutical and sterile manufacturing projects.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Pharmaceutical Engineering
- PMP certification is an advantage
- 20+ years of progressive engineering experience
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or sterile manufacturing industry
- 12+ years in a leadership or head-of-department capacity
- Experience delivering major CAPEX greenfield or brownfield projects from concept to commercial production
- Strong knowledge of pharma plant design
- Experience with cleanroom zoning
- Knowledge of SCADA/PLC automation
- Knowledge of critical utility systems
- Working knowledge of cGMP guidelines
- Knowledge of ISPE baselines
- Knowledge of qualification and validation protocols
- Experience in project management, CAPEX budgeting, vendor and contractor management
- Experience in risk, energy, audit, and safety management
- Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Experience with machine upgrades and preventive/predictive maintenance management
